Ingerborg Limited provides each customer with the right to request a refund for paid Ingerborg Limited Services.
Refund can be requested according to the standards, which Customer can see below.
Customer has a right to require the refund if it is no longer than 14 days from the date of purchase (Consumer Rights Directive of 2011 for the European Union) .
HOW TO BE REFUNDED:
Contact Ingerborg Limited by email [email protected].
Provide Ingerborg Limited all necessary details.
Wait for proceeding of request (5 business days)
Answer back and confirm results of request.
Get a refund within 5 business days on bank account (after confirmation).

Ingerborg Limited provides each Customer with the right for refund if he/she isn`t pleased with ordered services.
Ingerborg Limited guarantees to provide each refund with careful and persistent work.
The Ingerborg Limited reserves the right to provide with a partial refund. The amount of a partial refund is determined by the company individually in each case.
Ingerborg Limited keeps a right to refuse refund request if the Customer mismatch the standards.
The Ingerborg Limited reserves the right in some cases to perform a refund without the consent and notification.
Ingerborg Limited is not responsible for refund of all additional charges from the account
Ingerborg Limited will make a refund on the same bank account from which initial payment was made.
Ingerborg Limited will not consider the refund of all additional charges from Customer`s account.
Ingerborg Limited does not provide cash refunds.
Ingerborg Limited reserves the right to modify that Policy.
CHARGEBACK AND OTHER DISPUTES.
Ingerborg Limited is always open to help Customers get more information if needed, also we expect that all disputes will be send directly to Ingerborg Limited support department, but if chargeback/ dispute was proceed, Ingerborg Limited will provide bank all needed information.
Ingerborg Limited reserves the right to request and use additional information from the bank that issued Customer`s card.
If chargeback was approved Ingerborg Limited no longer responsible for refund timeframe.
